Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026.

What we collect

When you sign up: your email address, your first name if you provide it, and how you found us (for example, which video or page linked you, taken from tracking codes in the link). Our email provider, MailerLite, also gives us standard email engagement data (deliveries, opens, clicks).

Confirming your signup

We use double opt-in. After you sign up, we email you a link to confirm. We send the planner and our emails only after you click it. Our email provider keeps a record of your signup and confirmation as evidence of your consent.

Browser storage

When you arrive from a link that contains tracking codes (for example, utm_source), our signup page stores those codes in your browser's session storage for the current visit, so they can be included with your signup. They are cleared when you close the browser tab. Our own page code does not set cookies. For what MailerLite collects when its signup form loads, see MailerLite's privacy policy.

To send the planner and the emails you asked for, and to learn which content is actually useful.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. MailerLite (email delivery) processes data on our behalf. If you click a link to another company's website, that company's privacy policy applies there.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted, email [email protected].
